During his speech, the head of state made a medium self-criticism about the appointment of officials in his government. As is known, in 365 days, Pedro Castillo has appointed a total of 59 ministers. Many of them had criminal records, corruption scandals and were even accused of murder. In the Ministry of the Interior alone, a total of 6 holders have been appointed.

“I must admit, we have made mistakes with some designations, as well as providing confidence to those who took advantage and mocked her.
